DEGREE"

These are equipments
planned to perform in accordance with many tests procedures
(with oscillating or fixed arc, sprinklers and irrigation
pipe) to find out the degree of resistance to rain, even during
thermostatic treatment of products.
Laboratory Instruments as IPW are born to satisfy requests
of environmental simulation in the electric and electronic
fields, for car industry and illumination industry where the
Protection Degree IP represents a basic measurement.

The facility of the programming and an excellent
reproducibility of tests for this generation's CTI chambers
represent a warranty of the correlation between tests results
and natural conditions during the exposal to the environment.

GENERAL FEATURES :

| EXTERNAL STRUCTURE: |
|
Constructed in sturdy steel
sheet, varnished in oven and with epoxy powder.

| INTERNAL TANK: |
|
The testing vane is in stainless
steel AISI 316
|

| SERVICE DOOR: |
| Made of crystal, with external frame
provided with siliconic flexible joint to assure a hermetic
closing. |

| CONTROL PANEL: |
| Placed in front position, for an easier
access and an immediate monitoring of all functions.. |
|
| RAIN EMISSION: |
| By means of an arc in AISI 316 stainless
steel tube D15 mm, with interchangeable brass spraying nozzles.
The arc has an upright changeable position on the test board
between 0° and 350°. |

| INTERNAL PLATFORM: |
| The samples-holder platform is made
of AISI 316 stainless steel, with changeable rotation and height. |
|
| WATER CIRCUIT: |
| The water circuit is closed and provided
with a 50 liters tank in stainless steel AISI 316. |
|
| WATER REGULATION: |
| With precision valve, fan and manomether
for pressure regulation. |
